Email support@paperpilots.app. We answer these ourselves, usually within a couple of days. Telling us your device, iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong saves a round trip.
How to play
Drag anywhere on the left half of the screen to steer and hold Fire with your right thumb to shoot. Roll makes you untouchable for a moment and bounces bullets back at the enemy; it needs a couple of seconds to recharge. Boost closes the gap. Fly through gold rings to repair your plane and avoid rock stacks, posts and, later on, mines and drifting rocks. Every third wave Baron von Crease flies in himself, and beating him takes you to a new world.
Tap the pause button at the top of the screen for Resume, Restart, Sound and Quit to menu.
My best score disappeared
Scores and settings live on your device, not in an account. Deleting the app clears them permanently and there is no way to recover them.
Remove Ads did not stick
Tap Restore purchases on the title or game-over screen while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. If it still shows ads, email us with roughly when you bought it.
Ads and privacy choices
The game is free because of ads. They only appear between runs, never mid-fight. You can turn off tracking in iOS Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking, and where it applies a Privacy choices link on the title screen reopens the consent form. Details are in the privacy policy.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through Apple's Report a Problem page.
